Who am I? I’m Lavonda (but you can call me VO!) – marketing expert, business mentor, Life Coach and CEO of a Growth Agency called 2 EN V Coaching & Consulting a company that focuses on growing people and their startups, and helping lead individuals who are uncertain about their lives to enrichment and empowerment.
I’ll be your personal partner and help you take care of things such as company events, mapping out marketing formats, motivating you to hit on all your goals, and ensuring your business is optimized to full capacity.

Born in Gary, Indiana, I’ve built a strong entrepreneurial reputation consisting of hard work, passion, and perseverance. One of my greatest accomplishments was the founding of a motorcycle club a not for profit organization formed in Indianapolis inspired by my love for riding motorcycles and passion for giving back to the community, which was quite the impossible feat, as it is an industry that is primarily male-centric. My club came together several times a year holding fundraising events such as coats drives giving out donations with a special interest in families who have lost their children to gun violence.

I also founded The Screamin Wheels Reunion an event that brings over 1000 Gary natives on the last weekend of February each year coming together to celebrate a joyful time in their childhood that was shared at the former Screamin’ Wheels Roller Rink that closed over 20 years ago. The event includes skating, dancing, and reminiscing with laughter and love.

I’m always striving to make a positive impact in this world. I’ve managed to make my dreams a reality, overcoming the impossible and blazing my own path. And now, I want to do the same for you!
